The Agate Series is inspired by natural agates, fractured and worn smooth by the waves and sand, and found along the shores of Lake Superior.

Each piece from the Agate Series is crafted from molten soda lime glass by layering opaque and transparent colours to create rich, complex, organic patterns. After annealing, the glass is then ground smooth and polished or carved to add texture and depth.
